Pricing/Deliveries
We only deal with UK orders, we cannot deliver to countries outside the UK.
We can accept most currencies as payment for orders to be delivered within the UK.
Postage and packing to Uk mainland addresses (excluding the highlands and islands of Scotland
and offshore islands - please contact us for a postage quote) is included in the prices.
All products sold by Toysmith are priced in pounds sterling and include UK
VAT.

Postage
This is included in the price of each item.

Availability
We try and hold stocks of the items on the web site.
Please allow 14 days for delivery. All delivery dates are
estimates and are subject to availability. If you have
any special delivery dates please let us know at the time
of ordering.

Payments
We accept online payments by card through PAYPAL. We do not see
your card details. Please do not email your card details to us.
We also accept payments by cheque, please send with your order
to the address shown above. Please make cheques payable to
Its Childsplay.

Foreign Currencies
We can accept most currencies as payment if you are ordering from outside the UK.
Simply click the "buy now" buttons as normal and upon checkout Paypal will automatically
process the transaction in the currency to match your address.
You will be given the exchang rate at which the transaction is being made.
Please note we can only delier to an address in the UK.

Returns
We want you to be happy when you shop with Toysmith, if not we will refund or
replace all returns received within 7 days of delivery. Please obtain proof of
dispatch. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in re-saleable condition in
their original packaging at your expense.

Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours
and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes, these will
be notified to you when ordering.
